Which Pokemon DS game should I get for my cousin? Extra info needed...?
I don't know much about today's Pokemon games. He's 13 and a lot of his friends have their newer ones like Black/White and Black 2/White 2. He is interested in anyone of them. I've never seen versions like this before and don't know the difference between them. Price doesn't make a difference since they're the same price. I also heard that one of them have a special feature when played on a 3DS, which he has. Which one should I surprised him with.
Man, I didn't think the answers would come up this quick. Hopefully I'll be able to choose the right one for the best answer.

I am a Pokemon fan, and my favorite is Black 2/White 2. I believe there is a mini-game for the 3DS, where the player can catch Pokemon and send them to Black 2/White 2.

He should have Pokemon Black 2 or White 2 because they have a storyline that teaches a very good lesson throughout the game and there are a lot more thing in Black 2 and White 2 than the first ones. You are also correct about the special feature which is on the 3ds shop he can buy the pokedex 3D pro app which has every pokemon ever make. There also the app Dream Radar which allows him to extend his gameplay after beating the game. It does not really matter if either Black 2 or White 2 there both the same.

Go with Black 2/White 2. They are the most up-to-date versions and boast the largest number of extra features. They will play on 3DS and are compatible with the Dream Radar game, which is now available on 3DS eshop for $3.

If you want to make the present very nice, get both black/white and black2/white2. I have pokemon white version and black 2 version and I am quite content. I think the story from the first game was much more thought about while the 2nd story was more sinister but conveys a good message. Both games are extremely fun and there are some added extras to black2/white2 if you have black/white. I chose white then black 2 because I am a fan of zekrom over reshiam.

Get him: Pokemon Black, Pokemon Platinum, Pokemon SoulSilver, and Pokemon White 2.

The difference between the two is in the final battle with an evil Trainer named ghetis, he uses a pokemon named white/black kyruem and in pokemon black 2 its black kyruem and in white 2 its white kyruem. they also can receive therian forms of landorous, tornadous, and thunderous (only available through NIntendo Eshop through an icon called Pokemon Dream Radar $2.99. that's the special feature by the way.)

you should get black 2 becuase it has more pokemon you can get and it also have black town but it very fun
