Only my "a" and "e" keys don't work when I hold shift to make a capital?

I have to turn on Caps Lock then press a or e then turn off caps lock, is there any reason this is happening? I've cleaned under the keys and everything, it's not happening on any other letter only a and e, which isn't helpful if I wanted to type about the local emergency department at the hospital

It's a desktop compute, not a laptop

    These are the most used keys. You can go to eBay, and get them both, with new springs and a DVD to show you how to replace them It's easy and cheap.
