Galaxy Nexus vs. Droid RAZR M?? Please help!?

Which one is better to get?

-Things I look for in a phone-

~Speed

~Resolution

~Advantages on has over the other

~Easy to use

~Simplicity

~Size (Bigger is better, but not to big)

~Tight budget; and both of these are $49.99 on contract, so it's only out of these two.

-- I personally think the Nexus is better because I've had more experience with it, but the RAZR M meets the eye.

Update:

PS-Thanks Dylan, you gave me the details I need! I think I'm going to go with the Nexus, it has faster updates, and bigger is better.

PPS- I feel better knowing I have a heavier phone, so I can tell if it's in my pocket (easier to tell if i dropped it or left it somewhere). The Razr M seems great, but I had forgot to mention battery life is out of the question for the nexus, because if i get it, I'm getting a case that increases it's battery to 3900 mAh, it's pretty bulky though. Thanks!

Both the Droid RAZR M and the Galaxy Nexus are older, but still top-of-the-line phones. I'll go in order of the categories you specified. For speed, both phones have dual-core processors, however the Droid Razr M clocks in at 1500 MHz per core, and the Galaxy Nexus at 1200 MHz. So in this case, the Droid Razr M wins in the speed category. For resolution, the Droid Razr M's screen resolution is 540 x 960 pixels, while the Galaxy Nexus has a screen resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels, the Galaxy Nexus clearly winning in this round. Simplicity is pretty much the same, however Motorola's build of Android is somewhat easier to use than Samsung's. For size, the Galaxy Nexus has a slightly larger screen, however, it is heavier and overall larger. The Droid Razr M's screen size isn't ridiculously small, and is still a good screen, though. Advantages of the Droid Razr M is that it is water proof to splashes, weighs less than the Galaxy Nexus, has a MUCH longer battery life, has expandable storage, and is faster. The Galaxy Nexus' advantages are better graphics, better camera, and supports Adobe Flash Player. Taking all of this into account, including the same price tag, I would recommend the Droid Razr M.
