My Ipad (tablet) is not opening any internet web site and says wrong url.?

Question

My Ipad (tablet) is not opening any internet site and says wrong url for a blink of a second and then it disappears and the inter web site does not open.
A lock/padlock symbol has also appeared on the left where we type the internet site address. Can anyone help me resolve the problem, please ?

Make sure that your dns setting Mach the ones from your Internet service provider you can check this by going to settings>wifi then tap the blue arrow where it says your network and then compare the DNS from your iPad with your ISP
