Why does my knee tender point hurt?

I am participating in a study of Fibromyalgia, and the hospital needed non-fibromyalgia patients to compare with - enter me.

They did a tender point test on me, and for 16 out of the 18 tender points, I got a zero pain, but my knee area (the medial fat pad proximal to the joint line) I had pain. Not as much as a patient, obviously, but at all the other spots, even though the doctor pressed really hard, it was just uncomfortable, not with actual pain that made me flinch. It's not bad, since I obviously didn't notice it before, but I was just wandering what may have caused it? I haven't done anything unusual, so I guess it is something I do all the time that causes it? So I should probably stop doing that.

Any guesses? Or what can I do so it isn't tender (a stretch or exercise or something)?

It feels like you've the proper reply now, but when you're nonetheless not sure, wake your dad and move to the E.R., no matter what time it's, that's what the ones men and women are there for and your main issue is an emergency. When you get there, be certain to inform them that the Tylenol did not even section the ache and that you want anything now for the ache. I have 3 herniated disks in my lessen again and I recognize all approximately ache. But move, do not mess around with this factor. You want aid!!
