Which name is better?

I don't like the name Blake for a girl, no offense, sorry.

I love the name Alana, but I don't like it spelt IIlana. It just doesn't look right in my opinion.

Neither is better than the other, and really naming a baby girl that you are going to love and cherish in the future off of someone who told you to over the internet, is not the wisest decision, but hopefully advice will help some. Anyways, as I was saying, neither is better than the other, it is all up to you and whoever you married or dating (just assuming i really have no clue why you asked or anything like that. don't take it offensively though). Here are a few points though about each one,

Blake: Yes Blake does sound like a boy, but it is an individual, and original name for a baby girl. It is unique and exquisite. However, the downside is, have you ever considered what school life would be like for her if you chose that name? I have no idea how future children will act (or if we even make it past December XD).

Alana: Alana is a beautiful and elegant name that has a nice ring to it. It is a completely normal and common name, which is neither good or bad.

Hope you liked the tips, however the decision is up to you, and the choice you make is completely yours and not just because some random person on here told you too. :)

I like the idea of a girl named Blake, it's pretty cool! Alana or Ilana just isn't that special!
