what the hell is wrong with my ankle?
Sometimes when my feet are cold, my ankle develops this REALLY unbearable pain only in my right ankle though, and its painful for about 30 minutes , i tend to sit on my ankle and the pain stops after a short while, the pain only stops if i make my ankle warm. i dont know what it is, ive had it for as long as i can remember. IM ONLY 16 :(
ive come to a point were i need to know what it is? maybe bad circulation ?
