Tor is definitely a very great tool to find proxies, but there is another one I use called ProxyGoblin which is really powerful, as well. It continuously search for fresh anonymous proxies and test them. so, you will always working proxies. On top of that, it can be used with many SEO software such as SeNukex. I like it.

I recommend applying vpnpower.net to unblock web sites. I am using their services for more than 3 years without complications.
