I would think no. It looks like a home made website and any legit animal transport would have a professional looking site as well as they'd know how to spell their own companies name in the web address.
If you're buying a new pet over the internet and having it shipped to you, DO NOT do it unless you see the animal in person or the seller can provide a picture of the animal with your name and current date on a piece of paper in the shot. If they cannot do this it is a scam. And by the looks of this "moving company" thats exactly what it is.
