Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2013 CPU usage 100% !!!!!!!!?
I have a windows xp sp3 PC. I've recently bought the kaspersky antivirus 2013 and installed it on my PC. Ever since my PC became extremely slugishly slow. When check the task manager i found out kaspersky was using around 99% of the CPU. I hope you can help me with my problem.

YES !!
Kaspersky using to many CPU process and also RAM used
it for high performance computer
uninstall it , kaspersky is secure, but it slow down the computer process
there many other antivirus that lite and secure
like
Microsoft Security Essentials - Free from Microsoft it self
Eset Nod32 - Paid antivirus that very fast , secure - i had using it for more than 5 year
try it !

Hi ,
purchanse antivirus from international Security companies same trend micro , symantec , webroot .
free antiviruses are better than some AV Same kaspersky .

Might be time for you to upgrade your PC, or to get Windows 7.
For me Kasperky is using less then 1%
