If my partner has an STD, but I want his babies?
Say my partner had herpes on his penis, and we want to get pregnant. I do not want herpes, so we typically use a condom. Would I get herpes (or any STI for that matter) if I poked a hole in the tip of the condom to let the sperm get through and impregnate me?

Genital Herpes is transmitted through direct skin to skin contact as well as through exposure to sperm and prostate fluid. Even when using a condom you run the risk of exposing yourself to the virus if you have sex with him when he is experiencing an outbreak. Not only do you risk self-exposure you also risk exposing the fetus to the virus, which it will contract from you. It is very important that you speak with a gynecologist about this. Your boyfriend also needs to be on a strict regiment of anti-viral meds if he wants to control the outbreaks.

I don't know if this a real question, but if it is, there is a lot to consider. Getting herpes while pregnant is one of the few times it is actually dangerous (to the baby).
Speak to a doctor if this is something you are truly interested in.

Just hook up with a guy who doesnt have herpes and let him get you pregnant. Your partner will never know.
