How long we're you together, we're you married and if yes then how. Men also want sex lots, and in some religions you can have per marital sex or it is despised are you in that category? Did he have lots of sex with you? If yes he may of used you

People don't just up and leave for no reason. They may not tell you the reason but I assure you there is one.
Ask him his reason then deal with the issues.
