14 months ago I went to work when I got home my husband had gone he left no note or even a text message. The house we lived in although we brought it together is in his name ( stupid I know) I have not heard from him since .. I have been paying the mortgage on my own all this time. when he left there was more owing than what we borrowed. where do I stand legally about getting the house in my name. I can not afford legal help as every penny I earn more or less goes on the house payments and to keep myself and my daughter ? pls can someone give me a clue what do I do

what can you tell me about it and satisticaly do men come back when they just up and leave their family without word. Men out there i value your opinion on this.

he left on the monday everythign as normal i spoke 2 him on the fone 3 days later his last words were i love u bunny. he never came home a week and a half later i get a text message saying he is b=never coming home dont call him again. I am so lost so hurt seeking answers I cant get any his work wont talk to me his parents wont talk eithr just saying we know nothing. What could be going through his head to just leave without talking to me what kind of man does this I love him and thought he loved me. He has stopped paying the morgage and the banks are sending nasty letters we got the place together but it is in his name so i cant even talk with them . we will lose everything we have worked for . he took no more than his work clothes and left everything behind. I am at a loss to understand why he is doing this and not even talking to me . . .why can anyone please give me some insight . .even if there is someone else why cant he face me pls help
