An Atheists first time with a Ouija board last night?
Only made my atheism stronger. Nothing happened, and my friend was totally moving thing around, it was almost convincing though, almost.

Always wanted to make an Ouija Board point towards funny answers just to screw with the people who thought it was real.

Ouija boards are nonsense, of course, but you should keep in mind that people coming into an experiment with preconceptions usually only reinforces those preconceived ideas.

um first of all no, there is not any 'ritual' to eliminate ghosts. and in case you stated stable-bye, or go away or so long, than you closed the board appropriate so which you haven't any longer something to fret approximately.

My first experience with a Ouija board was the complete opposite. Back in the 1970’s (before I became a Christian) I was on a residential training course when colleagues started to mess around with an Ouija board. I was merely an observer, to begin with. For a while, nothing happened then I joined in. People asked different questions, and the glass we were touching moved from letter to letter, spelling out answers. Most people thought it was just a bit of fun.
Then the young man next to me became possessed - he fell back in his chair, his eyes glazed over, he started speaking in a different voice, coming out with obscenities and blasphemies. He had to be taken to his room and his heart rate and pulse were dangerously low. All this time, he was thrashing around on the bed, but this was not the young man we knew as our colleague. He was like a wild animal. We tried to get a doctor to come out (it was late at night) because we were so worried for him. No doctor responded. I was on the phone and decided to phone up a priest, and I was determined to stay on the phone while it rang out, till somebody answered. Suddenly, he came round - back to his normal self. He had no idea of what had been going on for the past hour. He was exhausted, but apparently none the worse for an ordeal he had no recollection of.
We all retired to our respective rooms but in the wee, small hours of the morning, I was suddenly awakened and sat bolt upright in bed. There was no noise, nobody else in the room, but I sensed an evil presence. I could smell the fear on me. So I prayed with all my heart that God would remove this evil - and it went away.
Just a figment of an over-fertile imagination? No. Next morning at breakfast the caretaker said he and his wife were wakened early in the morning because their dogs were prowling around in the basement growling and with their hackles raised. They found no indication of an intruder or a break-in, but there was definitely something amiss. Since that day, I have never gone near a Ouija board.
Harmless fun? Just a stupid toy (after all, that's why you can buy them at Toys R Us)? Well, just put to one side the fact that the glass was being moved - and not by us. Now answer the questions, what caused our colleague to become possessed, to behave abnormally and for his heart and pulse rate to drop dangerously low? What caused him to speak in an alien voice, blaspheming and swearing, when we all knew him to be a mild-tempered, decent person? Why did this demonic presence suddenly leave while I was on the phone, trying to get a priest to come round?
Was it all a ruse, a bit of harmless fun? No. Every single person in that room that night was frightened. We were not in control. Something else was in charge and that something else was dark, demonic and evil. People "conjure up the spirits" at great risk and harm to themselves. (GT)

Why would Satan want to do something supernatural when you are playing with the board? He already has you tricked into believing he doesn't exist and wants to keep it that way.
