How did the Roman Empire rise to becoming a superpower nation?

I need to know a little bit about, how the Roman Empire became powerful in the first place?

Could you also tell me how the superpower nation met it's end?

Please and thank you.

During the begings of the roman empire rome was a group of misfits, outcast who banded together. They went on to pillage and steal from the local tribes in rome and steal their women. The city state of rome rose out of that. Rome at the time was a small City state with many rivals Romulus is know to be one of the founders of Rome and the first king of rome, thats were rome comes from. The romans sought out th need for resources and lands to settle so they fought with many other kingdoms such as the Latins, samnites and so on check it out. rome was caught up in conflict after conflict that women them a empire. The fight against the latins, etruscans and samnites won them italy, the fight with carthage/ hannible vs rome/ Publius Cornelius Scipio Africanus won them north africa and spain. The macedonian wars won them well macedon the greek empire.

The colaps of the roman empire would have to deal with the corruption of the state senate rome had become extremely corrupt which gave way to fighting and bickering amongst it senate, rome was a empire and no other kingdom had the power to challenge them. well with bad leadership it gave way to barbarian tribes entering sacking , pillaging the roman empire.

How it met its end is simple.

Better the savage you did not know than the tax collector you did.

As for the rise, organization, determination, and after he conquered a people they intermarried and those children could become Roman citizens.
