What kind of yogurt fights yeast infection?
I constantly eat this fat free vanilla yogurt at my school. I heard eating yogurt keeps yeast infections away but sugar makes you more vulnerable to them. So is the yogurt im eating bad or good? There is no brand name on it but it tastes pretty much the same as Activia Vanilla Yogurt..its not sugar free...just wonderingg!

Yogurt does help to keep yeast infections away if it contains the friendly bacteria L. acidophilis. Check the label to see if it says this or "live cultures". If it doesn't contain this then the yogurt you eat won't help to prevent you from getting a yeast infection, but it shouldn't make you more vulnerable to them either because it is not likely to contain much sugar. Yoghurts are generally good for you.
