A laptop/Desktop under $500 with HDMI INPUT?
Hi all,
Now Im just looking for a laptop that has an hdmi input and you can't say that there aren't any as I know for a fact there is, cause I saw some. It doesn't matter how crappy the laptop is (it shouldn't be crappy if it betweeen 300-500) so I don't really care bout the ram nor the HDD, as I can upgrade both (I have all types of laptop ram, and a bunch of 1TB HDD's.
So only thing is As long as it has HDMI IN.
The only difference with a desktop is it has HDMI IN, VGA or DVI, lastly a processor in it (duh) with the motherboard

it's hard to find a laptop with HDMI Input and it's almost impossible to find a cheap one. For the desktop I need more information - do you just want to use the screen as HDMI monitor?
If yes then just get a monitor with multiple inputs and built-in speakers and connect your HDMI source to it.
If you need to capture HDMI video then get a PCI-E card and add it to your existing computer or get a new one with PCI-E slot available and add this card:

Anyway you need a fast processor to work with video so cheap laptop is not going to happen - the processor is not upgradable and additional RAM or hard drive space won't help.
