NBA: what is wrong with the lakers?

I thought they would have been this super team but it's the total opposite and they been losing terribly this season and right now down by 15 against Cleveland what is going on and what changes needs to be made?

Kobe's the only one actually trying to win. Hate to say this but they need to fire D'Antoni. If this is the kind of defense they're going to play then I'm done with this team. Much better to be an NBA fan than a team's fan because that way you can't get mad at any team playing garbage because you won't be that team's fan. I think of not even going to watch Lakers games anymore till they get this right. They need to stop turning it over, they've got 12 at HALF! I don't know the stat but they've got to have atleast 20 points off of those turnovers.

Personally I think the biggest problems are Jim Buss and Kobe Bryant. Jim Buss is junk and has no business doing anything that involves intelligence and/or skill. Kobe Bryant is an outstanding player but is a lousy leader. Under the leadership of Phil Jackson, Kobe appeared to be a good leader but without stellar leadership FOR Kobe, he's really not very good (as a leader). He's arrogant, selfish and cocky and is probably not really liked by anyone on the team. Bring back Jackson or get rid of Kobe (and replace him with a better leader or let Steve Nash take over in conjunction with an excellent new player) and the Lakers would be much better. If Kobe could JUST be a player he the team would work better as well, but alas his ego is much to big to simply play.

i think mitch made another mistake not getting phil jackson back i dont think this laker team is fit for the dantoni system even with nash because of there age nash isnt the old nash from 06 still good but is older now they should of signed phil they could of still put the ball in nash hands and let him run the offense the only reason kobe yust to handle the ball alot was because fisher wasnt a good PG so he had to i now think the problem is mitch kupcheck
