Lebron would never sign with the Lakers.
I agree with Eddie that Koby is irreplaceable, the Lakers are preparing for his retirement and trying to compensate with Howard which isn't going very well right now.
Source(s): I honestly have no idea who can possibly replace Koby. Maybe Tyreke Evans,..JK - Quantavious JLv 48 years ago
Kobe is irreplaceable, but who will step in to try to fill the gigantic shoes he left as the 2 guard on the lakers, i dont know yet, i see us getting a guy already in the league, and maybe in next years draft get a real good point guard that can lead this team and to be able to feed howard the ball in the post, as much as i hate to say it, but howard is the future of this team now

a lot can happen in 2-3 years, i think the plan would be take someone in the draft, develop one of their young guys or look into trades and free agency. maybe jeremy lin becomes available and is the face of the franchise

for the people that disliked the comment where Lebron is the replacement, remove them. there are rumours of so because the Heat is not as competitive as before nor as dominant. Bosh is losing his game and the rest of the team is not strong enough.

Is going to be Gasol because he's the 2nd captain of the team. If Gasol retires or leaves to a different team, there is nobody only the draft.

Players that are almost like to replace kobe would be Irving, harden, Jennings, wall and monta ellis

Draft pick. Mayo is amazing but they can't get him the mavs are holding onto him so probably a late first rounder or early second rounder will share time with a veteran that they would probably sign

They could look at a Paul George, Tyreke Evans, or some other young gun to step in. If not, look to the draft.

kobe is irreplaceable. Lakers will have 30 million
to spend on a big time player. Rumor is Lebron.
