Who are the most disciplined fighters in the sport?

Just because everyone wants to talk about how Mannys distractions contributed to his decline, lets review who are the most disciplined fighters that prolonged their prime and elite status trough a very disciplined lifestyle inside and outside of the ring.

Here are some that come into mind

Hopkins- No champagne, No new years eve, same diet when not in training, if his steak was marinated with red wine, hed go to the kitchen to ask the chef not to put a drop of alcohol in his meat.

Hagler- goes into isolation to be prepared mentally and physically when in training. If 24/7 was created in his time, I bet hed tell HBO to fudge off. Even called his training camp "jail".

Marquez- Obviously he dreamt slept and ate Pacquiao. He chased him across divisions and press conferences. Im amazed how he was able to gain more muscle at his age and at this stage of his career.

Anyway name some

Its always interesting to watch 24/7 and always see Floyd stuffing himself with Big Macs and fries in the middle of the night. He was asked once how then did he always stay in such incredible shape. His answer? He simply NEVER STOPS training. It's the gym 365, 24/7.

Heavyweights are notorious for letting themselves go but the K bros. are always in shape.

Sergio Martinez as well: a former soccer player, fitness is a way of life, not a job requirement.

If we're talking all time, think about Micky Ward: nearly 20 years as a pro and NEVER left the jr. welter division.
