How could I relieve some of the pain from my shoulder?

Soon I will try out my new Workout Routine for Bulking. However, because I throw so many pitches, my left shoulder is having pain. I think it's gone, and then I lift something and I feel it. It's not enough to hurt, but it's enough to let me know that, if I ain't careful, I could really hurt myself. It's the nerve kind of sharp pain, not the dull muscle pain, you know.

Is there any kind of exercise I could do to strengthen the joint itself? Anything I could to speed its recovery?

Physical therapy is the best choice for your problem. You should check to a physiotherapist he or she will recommend you the better exercise for shoulder pain.

Smoke weed. Sike no dont do that but medial directors (high class doctors) say someone in your situation should suspend your workout till you fell better. Just put a heat pad on it and let it rest.
