Pre-med isn't a major, it's just a set of courses. As long as you include the pre-med courses in your program, it doesn't matter what your major is for medical school. Most people choose a major related to biology because those programs include many of the pre-med courses anyway.

Generally you can't minor in any kind of engineering.

I'm a bit confused, though. You seem interested in working with computers, so why are you trying to get into medical school? Medical school is extremely difficult and stressful. You shouldn't try to become a doctor unless you feel passionate about it.

No it depends on the college. Most colleges allow you to either double major or do a major and a minor (15 to 18 credits).

But to do pre-med & cp and minor in computer engineering does not sound like the usual route of most colleges.

Usually pre-med is a while program with no minor and no double, because there is so much to cover.
