Touch-screen computer with photoshop help?
I just got the full version of Photoshop cs6 and was planning to start some digital artwork, but I can't seem to figure out how I can use my touchscreen all-in-one computer to draw anything.
What happens:
I placed my finger on the canvas to start drawing and it drags the image instead of letting me draw. However, when I start off the image and move in to draw something it works fine.
Is there a way I can lock or change a setting so it wouldn't move the image and let me draw? I'm looking for an answer and not a "THERE IS A GLITCH/ THIS WONT WORK". Thank you.

Is Photoshop CS6 even compatible with a touch screen computer - can the touch screen be used as an input device? Did you even bother to check?
As far as I know, you'd need a Wacom Penabled display to do stuff like this - don't think a regular touch screen will work.

Usually such work is done using a graphics tablet and a pen stylus. Touch screens have no pressure sensitivity like a real graphics tablet. Even cheap Wacom Bamboo tablets have this.
