I am working on lucid dreaming?

I taught myself how to lucid dream about a year ago, and have had some success in doing so. The thing is, Even when I realize im dreaming to begin lucidity, I never really have 100% control over my dreams, I can do things like fly if I want. But I still feel like I do not have the capacity to create things, or go where I want, and they are also very blurry and hazy (i believe most dreams are) but how do I get to the point where I can do whatever I want, and gain that 100 percent control over a dream.
