1/2 of our bank accounts:  $25
1/2 of the equity in our home (that I purchased solely just after we married - with my money): $0
His boat, his ATV, the riding lawnmower and all the tools in the house (thousands of $$ worth) including ones from my father and grandfather
His truck w/truck payment
Child support
Alimony

I got:

1/2 of our bank accounts:  $25
The house and furniture/appliances
The push-mower
My car w/car payment
All the marital debt
My 401K's
Two cats
One dog
The child 90% of the time (which is healthier for her anyways as he has mental health and addiction issues)

I haven't gotten a divorce and the thinking behind your question is one of the reasons why. I can't afford to get divorced. Spent my life trying to provide for myself and my family and be left with nothing to show for it? No way.
