Driving to Pennsylvania with a learner's permit?
Every Christmas, my family and I drive to Pennsylvania from Massachusetts. I just got my Massachusetts learner's permit and we go through Connecticut, New York (but not through the city, I know that is illegal), New Jersey, and of course arriving in Pennsylvania. I am thinking about driving this year. Do any of these states prohibit out-of-state learner's permits? BTW passengers include my mom, dad, and younger brother. I am having trouble finding current information; only answer with current information please! Don't want to get my permit stripped!

Yep, the one you're going to. Pennsylvania does NOT recognize any out-of-state learners permits. There are 6 such states that do NOT honor out-of-state learners permits, and they are: Arizona, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Vermont. Also (which you know) the City of New York, and also the District of Colombia.
