If I were to buy the MyTouch 4G from T-Mobile through Craigslist, am I able to put it on the "Web Exclusive" on T-Mobile's month-to-month plans which is $30/month for unl. web and text with 100 minutes of talk?

If your sim card is already activated on this plan, just put it into your new phone and you are good to go. If you are only planning to switch to this plan, activate your new sim card and use it with any tmobile phone you want.
