Can I bring sleep aid on the plane?

I just bought "Sleep Aid" from a Rite Aid it's non-prescriptive, but then i started to wonder whether if I'm allowed to carry them with me on to the plane.

all prescription and over the counter medications are allowed in your carry on or your checked luggage. although i would never recommend putting it in your checked luggage in case your checked luggage is lost or stolen.

btw unlike the other poster said there is no reason to put your medication in your liquids baggie.

Sleep apnea is a disorder caused by an individual being unable to breathe while sleeping due to an impediment blocking the airway or the brain failing to regulate breathing muscles. I don't think you will have a problem. Just put it in the quart bag with your liquids.
