PhD registration in one IIT and co-guide from another IIT?
Do IIT Roorkee allows its PhD students to take co-guide from any other IIT?
Say my work is interdisciplinary one and I need guidance of one from Control and one from Networking. I already have done some work in parallel with my job on networking part under supervision of a Prof., say, form IIT Kharagpur. Now if I join full time PhD in IIT Roorkee and want to keep my previous adviser as my co-guide, will it be considered? or I have to search someone suitable for networking part within IIT Roorkee only?
Can anyone please tell me whether IIT Roorkee consider this kind of collaboration or not?

It is definitely possible but you have to take approval from your Guide and the Institute authority.
