Anyone ever washed their hands with Laundry Detergent instead of Soap?

    Sure it does the trick if nothing else is available. Also have used dish liquid to mop.

    Inadvertently. I have put something into the washer, thought better of it and pulled it out. Now it's covered with laundry detergent which literally can wash paint off of clothes and can easily handle taking skin off of hands.

    The thing never, never, never to do is to put dishwashing liquid in the dishwasher. The ensuing suds bomb that will hit your kitchen will not be funny to you, but will greatly amuse the plumber you will be calling. Never did it, but saw it.

    We do laundry every day here so I guess I can say yes.

    Yes and it left a nasty chemical slimy feeling on my hands. They smelled good though. I don't recommend it!
