    ok. ill try my best.

    a newton is a unit used to measure force. the most simple equation as to how the newton is derived is the net force equation.

    Fnet = ma Net force = mass * acceleration

    mass is measured in kg and acceleration is measured in m/s^2.

    therefore. one Newton is equal to kg * m/s^2.

    one pound is equal to 4.4 Newtons (in case u ever have to convert)

    kinetic energy is measured in joules. It is the measure of the amount of energy an object has due to its speed and mass.

    the equation for kinetic energy is

    KE = 1/2 * m * v ^2

    don't forget the square! it is a very important part of the equation!

    hope this helped a bit!
