Fluent in French? How to say "My favorite class is.."?

I need to know how to say "My favorite class is biology or French" in French. I think it's either

"Mon cours prefere biologie ou francais."

or

"Ma classe prefere biologie ou francais."

with the two accent aigu in prefere and the cedille under the c in francais. Thank you! :)

    It would be Mon cours prefere est la Biologie ou le Francais
