Question about transgender women?

For those that opt for genital surgery, does that damage the nerve endings or do you experience sensation in your vagina during intercourse? Also are there any secretions present? Sorry if these are stupid questions or to invasive. I'm just curious.

    in my case, nope

    in fact in most cases, it is done right and vagina is very sensate and orgasm comes quite easily, and is better than before

    as for self lubrication, there isn't much, however KY jelly will do the trick
