How do you make infusoria for my 3 week guppy fries?

Please put it in steps and thank you for your answers!

3 week old guppy fry should be way past the infusoria stage. They probably wont even eat the stuff, it's just too small for them.
Even new born guppies are fine with brine shrimp and finely crushed flake food.

Infusoria is mainly used for newly hatched fish. Live bearing fish do require much more volume which is why they grow so fast and have larger mouths...
