If a car is owned and insured with liability in TN but someone in TX borrows it, is it insured for..?

Is it insured for the TX driver borrowing the vehicle?

Update:

Oh, I don't mean insured by accident I mean by being pulled over in tx and a tx resident is driving the vehicle. TX law requires at least liability insurance for every driver.

Yes! Unless TX is a NO-FAULT. Then no. If somebody hits that car with no insurance. Then your out of luck. It's best to add that person temp until you get the car back.

Not unless his name is on the insurance card.
