My sister has been living in an apartment that my mother and I are both leasing. For the past six months I have been living here and paying my half of the rent while my mother moved out of the apartment and moved in with her boyfriend and continued to pay the other half of rent of the apartment. So my sister who is 21 now lives here free. Not paying any bills whatsoever when she was supposed to...she wants to bring a puppy home which I forbid but my mother has okayed with her. Now my sister keeps telling me there is nothing i can do and she is going to bring home a dog. Since my sister is not on the lease and has not paid a single bill here and was not supposed to be living here this long can I kick her out? Or at least legally make her get rid of the dog if she brings one to my apartment?

I hope I explained this enough I am so frustrated. Any actual legal advice on this please? I live in Texas. I guess I could call the cops but I don't want a huge family problem.

What do I do to help her process? I thought she knew her companion was passing and now that it has happened she's acting as if she is all alone although I'm here with her. Is there anything I can do? Will spending even more time with her help?

My mother is having problems and she needs to talk to a professional. She has some major self confidence problems and for the past two months shes been having breakdowns and says things like " I should kill myself" . She doesnt have insurance and I'm going to try and talk her into going to see someone but I'll need to get her insurance before she can. I don't know what companies offer what. Help is appreciated.

A friend is moving and was offered a job she doesn't know what the cost of living is there. She may be moving there with her fiance but he's out of a job at the moment. Basically she would rent a place for them and neither have car notes but both do have cars.

So I am getting my water hose flushed and a chemical thru it to clean mold and mildew found from a blockage of leaves in it. I am getting my back brakes replaced. And my belt does not fit so they are going to tinker with that for me to stop it from squelling all the time. The first price was 852 dollars. I told I cant do that I only have 600 dollars of savings. I was going to just pay for the look and leave but he told me hold on and he could give me something called a fleet discount. This fleet discount dropped it 676. My boyfriend is arguing with me because he wants me to take it somewhere else .. he seems to thinks its a ripoff but id rather just let them do it they have excellent ratings with AAA and BBB. I admit I didnt think service charge would be that much for something i thought seems simple but hey I want it done. It's my boyfriends car but he's letting me use it and I'm paying for this. I don't understand why he is so frustrated. Is this really a rip? Am I being dumb or is he overreacting?

I need a few yes or no's so I can stop feeling bad and he can stop being mad at me.

I bought something on a website and it asked if it could post on my behalf and i accidentally said yes to it. Got on facebook and couldn't figure out how to turn it off. If anyone knows please share thanks.

I have a 2002 Kia Spectra. The inside of my car has been smelling like fumes the entire time I have had it. Mostly a fuel smell. It does this all the time whether the AC or heat is on. How can I know if it is an exhaust leak or a fuel leak? I have been searching around on fixya.com and I think it may be one of those. I need to get this fixed and I don't want to just walk into a repair shop and not have any idea of what they could fix because I don't have all the money in the world for them to "look at it " I am just so tired of getting out of the car and smelling like it. Help please. Much appreciated.

( I really have not had any problems with it in acception of having the alternator replaced twice in the last 2 years.)

Followed it exact I stired for a good 30 minutes. It got a lil thicker and so I thought it was enough and I poured it into the pan. Woke up this morning and its not set enough to eat. I have checked everything I can to see if there are any blockages. I can't find anything. The only other thing I can think of if the part that supposed to roll... the brush thing? its not turning and I don't remember if it is supposed to. If it is.. then how do I fix it to turn? I already got all the hair out of it. I can't take it apart more than I already have . Any other ideas? Has anyone else had this problem? I will be taking college algebra for the first time. I have a hard time remembering every single step and frankly I am not great at math.I am good at factoring and that's about it. I have a little anxiety with math and it's mostly from me doubting myself. I signed up for Amy Arel's class and I am wondering if I picked someone who can provide what I need. She only has 3 submits on ratemyprofesser.com Someone who makes you understand each step and really wants you to pass, who can give you extra time after class if needed. And possible does extra credit if possible. I took Nancy Watts before and she was incredible, she was more than I could of hoped for. Who have you taken or heard of that is incredible for college algebra at LSC or do you have any warnings?

Is it insured for the TX driver borrowing the vehicle?

What are some places, How many people do you have on your liability insurance and how much do you pay and who do you have? I have two people and atm using AIG. they are going to up my bill over 65 a month. Wondering if anyone else is getting better?

So someone I know just got hired, she applied for a full time but they only gave her parttime and only for the holidays, she is a temp. She did orientation and they told her she doesn't get holiday pay. Why wouldn't she? They are keeping her until after Christmas and they want her to work holidays.

I am thinking maybe gingivitis? Is there a way I can make this better on my own so I don't need to take her to the vet? I've researched little and there is like a cat toothpaste? I have been giving her those dental treats everyday for at least 2 years so im surprised she would have gingivitis...

My granny lives in a nursing care facility and I was hoping to maybe bring her favorite type of dog ( scottish terrier ) by there for a visit. I know I can bring it by the facility but I don't own this dog.. I was wondering if there are any places that may lend out animals or perhaps an spca or a site where I can find that animal to be rented out to me for a day? I at least need some ideas to get this type of dog for like at the least 4 hours. Maybe there is a website that already has daily animal visits to places so I don't actually have to pick it up. I have no idea..
