Lone Star College math Professors.. Who do you recommend and why?

I will be taking college algebra for the first time. I have a hard time remembering every single step and frankly I am not great at math.I am good at factoring and that's about it. I have a little anxiety with math and it's mostly from me doubting myself. I signed up for Amy Arel's class and I am wondering if I picked someone who can provide what I need. She only has 3 submits on ratemyprofesser.com Someone who makes you understand each step and really wants you to pass, who can give you extra time after class if needed. And possible does extra credit if possible. I took Nancy Watts before and she was incredible, she was more than I could of hoped for. Who have you taken or heard of that is incredible for college algebra at LSC or do you have any warnings?

Update:

LSC , Mont. Texas

Sign up for the course you need when you can take it and that's your professor. Professors don't get to choose their students, and for the most part, students don't get to choose their professor. Math is not about memorizing steps. It's about understanding a process. If you struggle, line up a tutor before the semester starts and plan to attend your professor's office hours (in which case you should try to get a professor with an office on campus - not an adjunct).
