Am I the only one who actually liked the sound of Lars Ulrich's drums on St. Anger?

I'm not even trolling, I think it sounds kind of cool, I mean, sure, it sounds like he's kind of banging on trash cans, but that's still cool, it's just something that sounds different I guess, which not necessarily equates to sh*tty.

Come on, anyone else appreciate the sound? Or is it just me?

I think the album overall was actually somewhat decent and nowhere near as bad as everyone makes out it is, it might be shabby by Metallica standards, but it's decent.

People are just a bunch of tryhards. I liked St. Anger, it was purely aggressive and the steel snare gave it a raw and at bit lo-fi touch. In fact, I find Death Magnetic worse than St. Anger.

I like the double bass and the snare. St. Anger is good to listen to when angry.
