When you are stressed or in tension ,what is something you do.....................?

start eating (anything ) / start walking here and there / or something else

my answer-

when i m stressed or are in tension i start eating anything (chips ,cookies , anything which is available in the home)

it happen with me when i m having test on next day

    When stressed or angry I'd get violent. I was a child of divorce, and I would be violent. My mom called me the hulk. Lol. I've taken care of that now, but still have problems sometimes when in like a stress overload. When under stress, I sleep during the day for a couple of hours, or listen to music, and I probably eat due to it, but I don't know because I have snacks, eat, and all that stuff everyday. Also when in stressed, I can retain memory very well, and in the on tests I do really well. Also when I'm placed under tempory stress, such as down a hill faster than I could run, then I non purpously protect my vitals and use my limbs to do that. For example, I was riding down a steep hill and then bailed from the scooter because I got to fast. I ended up laying thirty yards from the scooter. Well anyway, after I bailed I could not keep up to the speed which I was going. My strides were like ten feet long, and I could only stay up a couple of steps before I fall. I fell down, and put my arms in front of me. I didn't do it like an idiot who's arms always break, and he hyperextended his arm. My arms weren't strait, they were bent and out like I was boxing. The arm formation was kind of like a boxers was. I was sliding on my arms for a couple of yards, then I pushed against the floor with my arms while sliding. I pushed so now my back is on the floor sliding, I slid like 13 yards on my back. My brother got pissed, and I was like "shut up!" I walked home with the scooter.

    I usually go for a jog, a bike ride or gym time. The more rigorous, the better. It seems temporarily take my mind off of things stressing me out. Then I take a hot hot long shower after or even better sauna then shower. Then I read scripture in bed usually from the new testament to get God's perspective on things. I don't usually read any particular scriptures. I just open up the book and wherever He leads. Then I pray and ask the Lord to lead me and guide me to His will. After all this, I meditate in bed and focus on clearing my mind. Absolutely no thoughts, just clear clean mindset. Once my mind is clear, I sleep well at this point. The following day I find myself with a new perspective or angle to approach life's challenges. Usually, the Lords answer filters into my thoughts on how to handle during the week.

    I have bad habit of clenching my jaw, playing with my finger, fidgetting, and chewing the dry skin of my chapped lips.

    As for things that I do deliberately,well, I eat. Depends on what I am stressed about. If I was being emotional, I crave for sweet and creamy food (that's why I always have low fat yogurt and dark chocolate in my kitchen). If I'm stressed about my exam, I crave for something to bite (burger, sandwich). If I'm stressed in a traffic jam, I need to chew something small and hard, like nuts, chips (but I usually chew gums)

    When i'm stressed or tense, i tend to get really restless, and move alot. Walking back and forth constantly.

    My solution is a long walk while listening to music.

    For me the favorite time for walks is when it's winter time, at night. As it snows where i live.

    Inviting a friend out for a walk is also recommended.

    I just keep walking around the house, and my mind keeps repeating one thing - mostly the last thing that I heard or was on my mind before the stress - and then my stomach start to hurt.

    I start biting the heck out of my lip, and I hate that a lot, so I try and find a snack to stop.

    I also listen to my favorite music which helps a bunch
