Have you explored Islam the misunderstood religion?

Most of the people here unfortunately just lump together Islam with their own understanding of other religions. They dont explore, unless they come to a life changing situation.

How do you know this? Some dusty holy book told you? Might not this god, assuming it exists at all, perhaps only reward those who were skeptical and did not believe things on the basis of no evidence? What if Islam isnt the right faith? Wouldnt you be surprised to die and find out that the Aztec feathered serpent god Quetzlacoatl is running the show? What if he isnt too happy about you worshipping that Allah fellow?

All your really doing here is building an argument filled with ignorance based on fear of your life ending.

Anyways, you guys have no brains to think of what Islam really means except for hate, guns, swords, and lots of hate. I already saw this on the whole yahoo website and don't worry, no Muslim will become an athiest or convert to another Religion because we don't want to live the boring and poor life you non-Muslim live in. You think your something in life but your nothing to Allah. You'll enjoy life and will never enjoy life in the end. I am enjoying life right now, and i will enjoy life at the end if Allah wants. Become a Muslim otherwise it is too late and plus many people are becoming Muslims.

Since Judaism is a much older prophecy than Islam, wouldn't that make the actual name of God Elohim, not Allah? The book of Genesis was written 1,000 years before it was translated into Arabic. And it was written in Hebrew, not Arabic. So on what authority do you make you claims? And how is Mohammed any different that Joseph Smith? I've heard both of them referred to as horse thieves.

I don't consider that definitely liberated women convert to Islam. Most converts without problems fall in love with a muslim man and take delivery of his faith in a submissive means as a part of a wedding deal. Yet another company of lady who converts to Islam is the decadent hedonist... I talked on-line to an American girl who changed to Islam just lately. Her former lifestyles was once a large number. She lived a hedonistic subculture with drug taking and promiscuity. Individuals like her are particularly attracted to religions and individuals who can offer constitution and self-discipline. I consider that juvenile women who consider that liberation is hedonism get born again in patriarchal religions like Islam. Western freedoms are not compatible for men or females who cannot take accountability for themselves. I think these converts to Islam are the merchandise of degenerate unprincipled liberal decadence not true western liberation.

These helped us understand it better: 9/11, 7/7, Russian Beslan school siege, India 26/11, Madrid train bombs, Bali bombings, Afghan Taliban decimating Buddha statue, riots in India Philippines Burma China's Xinjiang, demand for Sharia in pockets of London and many other countries, etc. coupled with the fact that good Muslims instead of reining in the bad ones are either being mute or sympathizing with them making comments like "it's just freedom struggle" "violence was justified there" "it's just reaction" "a Muslim cannot be a terrorist" "they called for it" "it was provoked" etc.

I have explored your religion enough categorically to reject it. Your book claims that the crucifixion is a monstrous falsehood, 4:157. If there is no crucifixion, then there is no hope at all and certainly not in your religion.

Mohamed married his adopted son's wife after allegedly getting revealed with the following verse.

His adopted son divorced her and later he himself married her.

Qur'an (33:37) - "But when Zaid had accomplished his want of her, We gave her to you as a wife, so that there should be no difficulty for the believers in respect of the wives of their adopted sons, when they have accomplished their want of them; and Allah's command shall be performed."

Zaid = Mohamed’s adopted son

Zainab = Zaid's wife

Of course, when it come to final reckoning of belief and deeds, God will ask each individual and not the other people for one's salvation.

And, that day is sure to come when unbelievers will be gnashing their teeth and will be dragged into Hell.

So many religions and they all say the others are wrong.
