When you switch, your body has to get used to the new BC. You are supposed to wait about a week, or longer. If you are worried, take plan b. I have never taken it though, so I'm not sure if/how much it will mess up your cycle.
My advice would be to go talk to a woman that works at the pharmacy, or your ob/gyn, and ask what you should do. Or, if you would rather, just get the plan b.
