What is an impressive jazz song for a baritone?

I need to select a jazz piece to perform for my choir final in a couple of weeks, and I would really appreciate some help with finding a quality song. It doesn't have to be up-tempo, just something that has a little build to it. Maybe something that would be a little difficult to sing. I'm a baritone, but I'd like to show off some higher notes.
