    I'm glad you don't have a gun. You sound crazy.

    You're an idiot.

    Denmark has gun laws on the books, handguns must be registered etc etc etc. Not sure what you consider to be 'zero tolerance' but if you are trying to tell me that all weapons are banned in Denmark, you're wrong.

    The total population of the entire country (2012 figures have it at about 5,580,516) is less than 1/3 of New York City (estimated at 19 million) ALONE, so trying to compare Denmark to the US is apples to oranges.

    Published in the danish newspaper "Information", july 24, 2012:

    "Statistics shows that Japan has the lowest weapon density in the developed world. And very few gun-killings.

    A tough weapon legislation in Japan means that the whole country with 127 million inhabitants in one year only committed 11 murders with firearms. That was in 2008. That same year 12,000 people was shot and killed in the United States.

    In the United States 311 million inhabitants own 270 million firearms, which is a right in this country."

    As long as a lot of americans think they can solve problems with guns there will be a high murderrate where guns are involved.

    Washington, D.C. has one of the highest crime rates in America even though it completely bans private handguns. There's no evidence to suggest that banning guns results in lower crime. In fact the opposite is usually true. And Denmark does not ban guns.

    Do you REALLY believe if guns are banned and outlawed that things like this would cease to happen?

    Gun deaths per 100,000 in 2009

    US = 2.98

    Denmark = 1.45

    And then you have 2 more... I guess we'll be generous and call them sentences.

    Yeah, Mexico has strict controls too. You never hear about shootings there do you?

    it may properly have befell. for occasion, there's no way of understanding however if the so called victims in all of those mass shootings does not have long gone loopy and shot the situation up a pair of years later in the event that they hadn't been killed earlier they have been given the possibility to think of of it. the main suitable variety of defence is attack, and the main suitable variety of attack is ask your self, so the main suitable variety of defence is a ask your self attack on your opponent. earlier he has even seen coming once you with a gun.

    I say we ban alcohol too! Even cars cause cars kill more people in a day then school shootings! Ban cars! Ban beer! Ban all the knifes! Ban guns! Ban paper that they use to plan their killings! Ban it all!

    Yeah so you have to do whatever the government says. You have no recourse against tyranny. Besides, who wants to live in freaking Denmark? You could not pay me to live there.
