Where can I find helium in Manila, Philippnes?

I live near the Buendia/Gil Puyat and Taft intersection so hopefully somebody would give me a nearby place.

I believe most places that sell balloons here use hydrogen.

Update:

Am doing a balloon related project that requires helium.

    Search for the website of Consolidated Industrial Gases, Inc. (CIGI) and contact the company. This local company extracts rare gases from air. Ask for a distributor near you.
