/prison time these charges carry? First dui in Mich with back of .11, also two previous dui's About 7 yrs ago in Florida, also hit and run with minor injury, then 6 weeks later a domestic violence times two, carrieing a concealed weapon, resisting and obstructing times two, also assault on a police officer.. No its not me its my idiot neighbor... Lapeer county Michigan is where it took place...Thank you...

I would say depending on the nature of the offence and other crimes he's committed. He could be looking at around 3 years in jail.
