But they did find a bag of pot with 2oz's in it, they arrested the guy who lied about the gun, took the pot that the (liar) stashed... Never wrote any citations, tickets or etc... Now 3 years later they are trying to pin the pot on someone that resided in the home at the time. What can be done? What might happen? Is there anything these ppl can do? Incident occurred in 2012. So because he discribed this imaginary gun, the police tore the home apart looking ( never found) because never existed. Now what they did find was a bag of weed with at least 2oz's in it, that the idiot involved in the D.D. his in a dresser drawer, The police took it and asked who's it was, obviously no one admitted to it because it was planted by the idiot. The police took the pot, never ticketed anyone with it or arrested anyone on it, but did arrest the idiot man on D.D., That happened in 2012 and now that its 2015 One of the arresting officers is trying to pin the pot on one of the Teens that resides in the home? But the official papers state, misdemeanor possession of marijuana? Anyone have any insight or advise on what can or will happen? T.Y.I.A.

last year my friends friend got into trouble with the law, dui, hit and run with minor injury and filing a false police report, went to court for pre trial and was released on bond with schedule to go back to court for sentencing. Never went back to court and now about an hour ago he was arrested at his place on two warrants, one for not returning to court and another one for a 4 year felony charge?{not sure which one that is}. He is now being charged with 2 misdemeanors and the 4 year felony! My question is how much jail time do you think he will get now? Please only intelligent truthful answers, no need for sarcasm ... what are the jail sentences on filing a false police report, hit and run accident with minor injury, dui third? and not showing up for his court date a year ago all occured in Lapeer county michigan. I know that the person who did this is back in michigan now and need to know what his charges and jail time would be if the police catch him? I have the whereabouts of where he is and don't know if I should call the police and tell them or not? Or just wait until he screws up again and gets caught without me alerting the police? What should i do about that?

Now I was just sent a 30 day notice to leave dated for 4/15/2013 due to Lease Termination [EXPIRED} Landlord wanting to recover the Property, But recently just found out that the Landlord is in Pre Forclosure ! I'm still paying my rent and doing all that i agreed to do with the re-negotiations but wondering what are my rights if any? Regarding the Pre Forclosure??? Do i have to move asap? Do i have any rights as a tenant? Do i have to continue to pay rent? Any help is appreciated? Just don't know what to do, and it's just me and my Son. Thank you. We are located in Michigan.

Gets a domestic violence along with resisting and obstructing times two, also assault on a police officer with intent to do great bodily harm, also carrieing a concealed weapon, ....This idiot has a previous record, wondering how much jail time /prison time this asshole is looking at.....thanks for your help....

Previous dui's 7yrs ago. Now one month later, domestic assault on 2 ppl, assault on a p.o. assault with intent to do bottely harm and resisting and obstructing times two.. all within 6 weeks time....Thanks for your help

Menor?? The bac was .11 He also has two previous dui's in the state of florida and i'm not sure if they can be used against him..??? I know there is a 10 yr look back but not sure how that works. Any help will be appreciated... Thank You.

Along with a hit and run accident (leaving the scene) The bac was at .11 and he refused the sobriety test on sight and was given a bloid test after the cops getting a warrent from the judge.. So i'm curious if the other 2 dui's will be counted and give this idiot the max amt of jail time he deserves, the idiot is under the impression he's just getting a slap on the wrist, I HOPE NOT...
