Is a dui first in the state of mich with a collision and leaving the scene of the accident a felony or misde?
Menor?? The bac was .11 He also has two previous dui's in the state of florida and i'm not sure if they can be used against him..??? I know there is a 10 yr look back but not sure how that works. Any help will be appreciated... Thank You.

yes i think that is a felony to leave the scene of an accident you are involved in.dui isnt very pretty either
