Help with Legal Matter?

last year my friends friend got into trouble with the law, dui, hit and run with minor injury and filing a false police report, went to court for pre trial and was released on bond with schedule to go back to court for sentencing. Never went back to court and now about an hour ago he was arrested at his place on two warrants, one for not returning to court and another one for a 4 year felony charge?{not sure which one that is}. He is now being charged with 2 misdemeanors and the 4 year felony! My question is how much jail time do you think he will get now? Please only intelligent truthful answers, no need for sarcasm ... Thank You. This happened in Michigan also

    No one has any idea.

It is totally up to the judge. And a lot depends on what the felony was.

You can bet he won't be getting out of jail any time soon, however.

He has already proved he can't be counted on to come back when he's supposed to.
