I think it all depends on your style. I know someone who wore converse with a dress, but it was a longer dress. I have also known people to wear toms with their dresses. If you aren't big on wearing heels then go for low converse...or you could wear flats. If it's anything like how my school dances were, you had to take off your shoes anyway, lol. Just be creative and have fun!

Wearing converse is much better than heels imo. I would say that low ones would look best with a short dress. Have fun!!
