How can i recover a deleted phone number?

I deleted this persons phone number back in the summer... is there any way to retrieve it at all? i have verizon if that helps.

    as cannedus u can if u call up version and then ask for the #'s you texted and though posses of emanation you can get the number back takes some time

    Check your phone memory if you have the copy of it ...Other than this no option
